False Belief #1: Enlarging The Penis Is Impossible!
The Truth: By engaging in penis exercises, you can enlarge your penis safely.
So many Nigerian men still believe that they are stuck with whatever penis size that they were born with, this is simply not true.
Luckily, the misconception that “enlarging the penis is impossible” is slowly fading away. For over 10 years now, there are so many men that have succeeded in making their penis bigger and achieving stronger erections on a regular basis.
All thanks to penis exercises which is now more common than it used to be some decades ago.
In 2005 Aaron Kemmer conducted a survey to find out the results of using penis exercises – 1000 men participated in the survey.
The results of the survey revealed that after at least 3 months of penis exercising, the men added at least 1 inch to their erect penis length and 0.5 inches to their erect penis girth (circumference).
Most of the men in the survey gained more, but that was the minimum penis gains recorded.
The biggest penis size growth in the survey was a man whose starting size was 4.5 inches in erect length and 3.5 inches in erect circumference (girth). After months of penile exercising, he added 3.5 inches in length and 2.1 inches in girth.
There are men that have added more than that BUT they were not part of the survey.

False Belief #2: The Penis Is NOT A Muscle!
The Truth: The penis contains lots of smooth muscle tissue – as much as 50%.
This is a very common misconception that is peddled mostly by Nigerian gym trainers to their clients asking about exercises meant for the penis.
Yes, the penis is an organ and not really a muscle however it does contain smooth muscle in it.
The muscle in your penis is not like the regular muscle that is found in your arms, chest and thighs.
We have three kinds of muscle:
I.) Cardiac Muscle – This is the muscle that is found in your heart.
II.) Skeletal Muscle – This is the muscle that you use when your lift weights or exercise.
III.) Smooth Muscle – This is the kind of muscle that is found in blood vessels and organs like your penis. The penis is made up of roughly 50% smooth muscle.
Even though the three kinds of muscles have some differences, their basic structure is similar.
And both the skeletal muscle and smooth muscle can grow in size when they are placed under stress (like exercise).
As you can see the penis is obviously part muscle and like other muscles in the body, your penis can grow and you can experience stronger erections when you exercise it.
False Belief #3: Erection Drugs Can Cure Weak Erections (Erectile Dysfunction)!
The Truth: Erection drugs are a temporary solution – no matter how long you use erection drugs it would not solve the root of the problem.
Erectile dysfunction is a condition, where a man can either not get an erection or cannot maintain an erection during sex (his penis just goes soft without any ejaculating).
Most men just assume that their erectile dysfunction is because of they are getting older. So, these men just begin taking all sorts of erection drugs to keep having sex.
Erection drugs come with their own set of health problems when you use them regularly – in most cases you don’t really need them even if you are battling with weak erections or erectile dysfunction.
Instead of swallowing drugs, you just need to engage in a penis exercises which keep your penis in good physical shape.
Penis exercises can increase erection strength and hardness the same manner as erection drugs but without the negative side effects and extra money being spent to buy them.

False Belief #4: Penis Enlargement Results Come Fast!
The Truth: Natural penis enlargement takes some time for you to be satisfied with the results – usually 2 – 7 months depending on how big you want your penis to be.
Just like there is the misconception that enlarging the penis is impossible, there is also the other end of the spectrum that say you can enlarge your penis fast.
This misconception is spread by spam email and dubious penis enlargement adverts. It is these scam websites and products that are the reason so many Nigerian men believe that natural penis enlargement is fake.
“Grow your penis by 2 inches in only 2 weeks!”
Mr Man, that is impossible!
Yes, it is possible to gain 2 inches in length, but getting it in 2 weeks is an absolute impossibility. Growing your penis by 2 inches in 4 – 8 months is more realistic.
Even your regular muscles (biceps, triceps etc) cannot grow that fast. It takes time and determination to get impressive results when penis exercising.
False Belief #5: Just Like Bodybuilding, You Would Lose All Your Penis Gains After You Stop Exercising Your Penis!
The Truth: Whatever penis growth you get from penis exercises is permanent. Once the smooth muscle in the penis gets enlarged it never returns back to its original size.
The annoying thing about bodybuilding is that you can spend years building a perfect body and you can lose all your muscle gains after 12 months of inactivity.
Luckily for us the penis is different…
It is because anytime you have an erection or you have sexual intercourse you are actually exercising your penis slightly. Both the penile tissue and smooth muscle get exercised anytime you have an erection.
Getting regular erections is not enough to cause penis enlargement, but it is more than enough to maintain your new penis size that you got from penis exercises.
#6 False Belief: Penis Enlargement Exercises Are Unsafe And Come With Adverse Effects!
The Truth: Just like other type of exercises, penis enlargement exercises are perfectly safe and have no negative side effects.
Some Nigerian men believe that penis exercises are dangerous… no they are not!
As long as you follow proper instructions (like how it is explained fully my Penis Exercise Manual), you don’t have to worry about anything.
If you follow wrong advice on how to properly exercise your penis, you are going to make the common mistake of over-training your penis.
And even if you over-train your penis, the worst you would get is temporary erectile dysfunction and it would take a few days for your penis to heal and then common sense would tell you to take it easy.
The popular mindset of a lot of Nigerian men is: if I exercised for 20 minutes a day and I am seeing noticeable results then I should exercise for 1 hour a day to see faster results… it does not work that way!
“Your penis needs adequate rest!”
When you are following a penis exercise routine, you must always have at least 2 days of rest for your penile tissues to heal and re-grow to larger and stronger sizes.
As long as you don’t go overboard, penis exercises are perfectly safe and the help keep your penis healthy.
