A big penis is something every man wants to have (and every woman drools at when she sees it), however a combination of having a big penis and stronger erections transforms you into a real stud – the kind of guy that women keep coming back for more sex.
Asides from engaging in natural penis exercise (which I highly recommend that you do for either penis enlargement or penile fitness), there are some lifestyle habits that you can imbibe that would help give you stronger erections.
Here are seven things that can do if you want to strengthen your erections:
1.) Stop Smoking
Smoking causes the build-up of plaque in the arteries (this is called atherosclerosis) which prevents the smooth flow of blood. This eventually causes blood circulatory problems one of which is erectile dysfunction.
A study conducted on the effects of smoking regularly revealed the following:
- Men who smoked 20 or more cigarettes every day had as much as 60 percent higher risk of having erectile dysfunction than men who don’t smoke at all.
- 15% of the men who smoke or used to be smokers had suffered from erectile dysfunction.
- Men who smoke or previously were smokers were up to 30% more likely to become impotent.
2.) Get Adequate Sleep At Night
When you sleep at night, your penis becomes awake – I mean you get erections. The total amount of time that your erections last when you are asleep at night is between 3 and 5 hours.
The erections supply the penis with oxygen-rich blood which re-energizes the penile tissues and keeps them flexible and healthy.
3.) Engage In Physical Exercise
Yes exercising your penis would give you stronger and larger erections, however if you want to get the best of both worlds and keep your erections at its maximum peak, then you need to also exercise your body (cardio exercise).
Scientists have discovered that brisk walking for just 30 minutes every day can help in improving the strength of your erections and also prevent erectile dysfunction.
By engaging in regular physical exercise, you would increase your energy levels, reduce blood pressure and make you feel rested and relaxed – these are important for having stronger erections.
4.) Deal With Stress Properly
Some amount of stress is normal if you are like most men that have a job and other responsibilities. The human body is designed to make use of stress as a way to prepare us for danger. The problem is when stress persists for too long, it begins to affect your health and the strength of your erections.
When you start to get stressed out, do your best to keep your outlook positive and tell yourself that you need to accept that there are some things that you cannot change. Try breathing exercises regularly to calm and relax your mind and body,
5.) Do NOT Hurt Your Penis
You erections would suffer if you hurt your penis, I am talking of any form of penis trauma (it could be as ordinary as bruises on the penis or a broken penis). There are risky sex positions that can cause your penis to break if you are not careful.
Penile trauma can be in form of any damage to the penile chamber (corpora cavernosa). When this happens internal bleeding is likely to occur, scar tissue could form and it can result in weaker erections or even erectile dysfunction.
6.) Lose Your Excess Body Fat And Maintain A Healthy Weight
Yes obesity affects your erection strength in different ways. If you are obese, your testosterone levels if going to be lower than what it should be if you are lean. In case, you don’t already know this, testosterone is an important hormone that your body needs in adequate quantities if you want to have stronger erections.
There are also other conditions that are linked to having excess body fat e.g. high blood pressure and diabetes. Men that suffer from any of these diseases usually experience more cases of erectile dysfunction.
Some studies even suggest that up to 50 percent of men suffering from type 2 diabetes may become impotent (if they don’t reverse their diabetes with diet and exercises to keep their blood sugar at the acceptable range always).
7.) Avoid Sexual Transmitted Diseases (STDs)
Always practice safe sex if you have multiple women that you have sex with. Sexual transmitted diseases can adversely affect the strength of your erections.
For example an STD like Chlamydia can cause sexual intercourse to be painful and this is going to affect your erection strength negatively.
