The issue is not that you lost a little penile girth gains; it is that when you are currently engaged in penis exercises, there would always be more lymphatic fluid in your penis which makes it a little bit thicker than normal. Once you stop exercising, the lymphatic fluid reduces.
With penile girth, you would have to stop when you have gain slightly more than what you want e.g. if you want to increase your penile girth by 1 inch, you would only stop exercising your penis when you have gained 1.2 inches so that when it reduces it would not go below the 1 inch increase that you want.
6.) What is the average penile gain for me to expect?
Penile enlargement gains differ from man to man. The biggest confirmed penile size gain that I have read of is a man that started with a penile size of 4.5 inches in erect length and 3.5 inches in erect girth.
