The quality of your erection is based on how healthy your heart and blood vessels are, and smoking affects them adversely. There are even so many medical studies that have shown that smokers usually suffer more from weak erection and impotence (erectile dysfunction) than non-smokers. So stop smoking… there is no middle line here… JUST STOP SMOKING!
Take Alcohol In Moderation – Just like smoking, alcohol is another culprit that can weaken your erections considerably. A little amount of alcohol can relax you a bit, but after that it would be difficult for you to maintain or even get an erection in the first place.
Don’t believe the lies, Alomo Bitters (and other herbal alcoholic drinks) would not give you stronger erections – drink too much and your joystick would not even be able to stand up. Then there is the long term health consequence, alcohol destroys your nerves and kidney overtime and this in turn affects your penis.
There is no point sexually impairing yourself, if you know you want harder, stronger and longer lasting erections, then you are better off reducing your alcohol intake to the barest minimum. As for me, I only drink alcohol when I am invited to weddings (and this is usually 1 – 3 times a year).
Reduce Pornography – Just like how I said in my previously article on problems with pornography and how it tends to affect your head mentally, you should make sure that you are not addicted to watching pornography all the time. Yes it might be do you a little good to release pent-up energy occasionally; however you should make sure that you do not get addicted to porn.
The mental image that you get from watching from too much pornography videos can cause performance anxiety (in this case your “joystick” would not even get up). While in some instances, too much masturbating to pornography would hamper your ability to get an erection when you are finally with a woman that you want to have sexual intercourse with.
Stop Excessive Masturbation – Maybe this might not apply to you, but it is still something that I should tell you. It is a lot better to save your erections till when you are with your woman. If it has been a while since you ejaculated, mentally you would be a lot more anxious to have sex and this means a more excited and harder penis.
And then there is the case of “overdo” with masturbation. When you masturbate too frequently, your penis becomes only sensitive to your touch and it becomes difficult to get an erection even when you are with a woman.
Stop Worrying Unnecessarily – I remember the first time that I was about to have sex, I was so nervous and anxious that my joystick refused to get up – that was when I was way younger! Do Towel Raises Regularly – Towel raise is one of the exercises in my Nigerian penis exercise manual that helps in giving you stronger erections. It goes a step further with the Kegel exercises, in that you are actually using a towel as a weight. Now here is how to do the towel raises:
- Make sure you get a full erection, and then place a hand towel on your penis.
- Do the Kegel exercise to lift the towel up and down.
- When you find out that you are losing your erection, put two of your fingers under your penis to still do a few more repetitions.
- When you are first starting to do the towel raises, use a dry hand towel. Later on, you can increase the weight by using a wet hand towel.
