I.) When You Are Urinating: When you are in the toilet urinating, try stopping the flow of urine midway. If you have troubles doing it the first time, try it again until you can stop the flow of your urine at will.

The moment you can stop the flow of urine midway on command, you have just found out the location of your pelvic floor muscles because you contracted them.

II.) In Front Of A Mirror: Stand naked in front of a mirror and try your best to move your penis up and down without shaking your body – if you manage to move your penis up and down just a bit, then you have just contracted your pelvic floor muscles.

While you are flexing your pelvic floor muscles, your belly muscles, legs or buttocks muscles should not be flexing – the only areas where you should be feeling the squeeze are your penis, testicles and anus.

When you locate the right muscles for you to contract and relax, you need to begin performing the Kegel exercises every day. The Kegel exercise means you contracted your pelvic floor muscles – that is all.

Regular Kegel exercising is very important if you want to solve your problem of quick ejaculation.

Here is an explanation on how to do a Kegel exercise properly:

1.) Squeeze your pelvic floor muscles for about 10 seconds as hard as you possibly can. It does not matter if you cannot squeeze for 10 seconds the first time because as you do it regularly you would be able to squeeze for as much as 30 seconds or even more.

2.) After 10 seconds of squeezing your pelvic floor muscles, relax for 10 seconds.

3.) Make sure you perform 10 repetitions for each session and try your best to do up to 5 sessions of Kegel exercising every day.

As simple as the Kegel exercise is, you need to do it regularly if you really want to last longer in bed and make quick ejaculation a thing of the past.

After 2 weeks of doing Kegel exercises, you are going to begin doing another exercise known as Stop and Start method all together.

If you cannot last up to 10 minutes, this particular technique would help to double your staying time during sexual intercourse.

In most cases, quick ejaculation is because you do not have sex on a regular basis, so you penis is too sensitive to stimulation. With the Stop and Start method, you are making your penis used to sexual stimulation.

Here is how to perform the Stop and Start exercise:

1.) Begin rubbing your penis till you are fully erect.

2.) Continue rubbing your penis using a normal pace (don’t be too fast) to sustain your erection.

3.) Keep stimulating yourself till the moment where you feel your ejaculation is coming, STOP and do a 10 second Kegel exercise (squeeze your pelvic floor muscles for 10 seconds) – by this time the urge to ejaculate would have disappeared.

4.) Relax a bit till you notice that your penis is going soft and then begin rubbing your penis. Stop again when you start experiencing the urge to ejaculate and perform a 10 second Kegel exercise.

5.) Do this start and stop exercise 5 times. Make sure that you do NOT ejaculate when you are done doing this exercise.

By performing this exercise on a regular basis you would increase your staying time during penetration.

After some weeks of regular stop and start exercise you would have increased the amount of time that it takes before you get the urge of ejaculating during sexual intercourse immensely.
