A popular problem that I usually get emails about is the issue of ejaculating too quickly during sexual intercourse.

If you frequently ejaculate after a few minutes of sexual intercourse, then it means you have weak sexual stamina in other words you have premature ejaculation (quick ejaculation).

Fixing quick ejaculation is a lot easier than most Nigerian men think.

You don’t have to use any cream, lotion, manual, pill, injection, book or device just to last longer during sexual intercourse.

The thing about sexual stamina is that it is exactly like physical fitness and endurance.

Let us assume that you don’t regularly exercise, and then you hear that there is a marathon race holding in Lagos with prize money of $50,000 and you decide to run in that race.

Do you think you can run 42 kilometres (the distance of a marathon race) easily with no previous training?

No!

The same thing goes with lasting longer in bed – if you have not deliberately trained yourself to last longer during sexual intercourse, you would keep ejaculating too quickly.

So, if you CANNOT last more than 8 minutes of thrusting in and out of your woman’s vagina then you have weak sexual stamina.

You only need to master three techniques and perform them regularly and you would find out that quick ejaculation would be a thing of the past.

The techniques that I am talking about are:

1.) Kegel exercises

2.) Stop and start method

3.) Training to become a multi-orgasmic man

One of the worst disappointments that can happen to any Nigerian man during sex is quick ejaculation.

While the other sexual problems that hinder your ability to satisfy your woman are a small penis, soft erections, a bent penis and erectile dysfunction… quick ejaculation is the easiest problem to deal with.

If you want to fix your problem of ejaculating too fast during sexual intercourse, make sure you practice these three suggestions frequently:

1.) Do Kegel Exercises Regularly

Kegel exercises are also called pelvic floor exercises or PC exercises.

This exercise should be the first thing that you should begin doing if you want to fix your problem of quick ejaculation.

For you to be able to do this exercise, you need to locate where your pelvic floor muscle is located.

Here are two ways to do this:

A.) Whenever you are urinating, stop the flow of your urine as if something important just happened and you need to get out of the toilet immediately.

The muscle that you just used to stop the flow of urine midway is called the Pubococcygeus muscle or “PC” muscle or pelvic floor muscle.

If you cannot stop the flow of urine the first time you attempted, try again until you can easily stop the flow of urine halfway.

B.) Get a mirror and stand naked in front of it. Now try to lift your penis up and down (without shaking your body) by squeezing your anus hole. If you can lift your penis up slightly, you just flexed your PC muscle.

When you are squeezing your PC muscle (pelvic floor muscle), make sure that you are not squeezing your buttocks, belly or legs muscles. The only places where you are supposed to feel the squeeze are your penis, testicles and anus.

Once you have located the correct muscle to contract and relax, you need to start doing multiple Kegel exercises every day to strengthen your pelvic floor muscle.

It is very important that you do the Kegel exercise regularly if you want to fix your fast ejaculation issue.

Here is how you can perform the Kegel exercise:

1.) Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can and maintain the squeeze for 10 seconds. It does not matter if you cannot maintain the squeeze for up to 10 seconds on your first attempt.

As you do this regularly, you would even be able to squeeze for more than 20 seconds.

2.) After squeezing your PC muscle for 10 seconds, release the squeeze and relax the muscle for 10 – 20 seconds.

3.) Make sure you do at least 10 repetitions for each session. Start by doing 1 session per day and gradually increase till you are doing 5 sessions every day.

You need to do Kegel exercises every day if you really want to last longer during sexual intercourse.

After doing Kegel exercises for 2 – 3 weeks, you can now add another exercise called Stop and Start method to improve your “sexual staying power”.

This exercise is a way for you to build up your sexual stamina. It increases the time it takes before you start experiencing the feeling of ejaculation.

Even though it is possible for you to do this exercise when you are with your woman, it is a lot better that you do it alone so you don’t have to deal with any awkward moments between both of you.

For so many young Nigerian men, the quick ejaculation they experience is because they don’t have sexual intercourse on a regular basis, so by doing this exercise alone, you are taking the next available option.

This is how you can perform the Stop and Start method:

1.) Begin stroking your penis to get a full blow erection

2.) Continue stroking your penis to maintain your erection – make sure that you are NOT going too fast, stroke at a normal pace.

3.) When you get to the point where you get the feeling of ejaculation, STOP stroking your penis and do the Kegel exercise (squeeze your “PC” muscles) until your urge to ejaculate disappears.

4.) Rest a bit till you start to notice that your erection is going soft before your start stroking your penis again. Only STOP when you get to the point where you start feeling your ejaculation coming before you squeeze your “PC” muscles again.

5.) Keep doing this stop and start exercise 5 times. And make sure that you do NOT ejaculate when you are doing this exercise.

By performing this exercise frequently, you would be increasing the time it takes for you to ejaculate during sexual intercourse.

After 3 – 4 weeks of performing this exercise daily, you would realize that the time for you to ejaculate would have increased very noticeably.

In fact you can increase your sexual staying time by as much as 25 minutes after a few weeks of doing the stop and start method every day.

NOTE: If you have a bad case of quick ejaculation, then you need to do this exercise every day if you want to increase your “staying power” during sexual intercourse.

3.) Training Yourself To Become Multi-Orgasmic

By mastering this technique, you would just be fucking your woman for as long as both of you like and you would not feel any tension to ejaculate – this is because you would be enjoy multiple “dry” orgasms.

You are the one that would eventually decide to ejaculate and blow your semen inside your woman’s vagina if that is what you want.

To master this technique you need some understanding of how male sexual anatomy works, strong pelvic floor muscle (you get this by doing Kegel exercises) and you must be able to last about 15 minutes before you experience your first feeling of ejaculation (stop and start method can help you).

As easy as these 3 techniques might look, they are the only things that you need in order to go from being a man that last only a few minutes during sexual intercourse to the ultimate lover that can last as long as his woman wants him to last during sexual intercourse.

If you can do all of these three techniques regularly, you would no longer have the problem of quick ejaculation and you and your woman would be able to enjoy more sessions of sexual intercourse… and I mean a lot more sessions!
