All I can say is – Don’t Do It!
Penis enlargement surgery is not even something that you should be thinking of. Really… I am assuming you are just curious and you are not thinking of putting yourself through unnecessary pain when they are safer methods of increasing the size of your penis.
I am sure you are not willing to cough out between
N800,000 and N1,800,000 for a surgical procedure that gives you so much pain and is still not guarantee to give you the results that you want.
The only time that surgery on your penis is justified is when you have a serious injury or defect on your penis that needs to be fixed. If you want a bigger penis, then you have no reason to go for surgery. Seriously are you willing to risk the pain of being impotent just because you want a larger penis size?
I just can’t bear the idea of a surgeon cutting my penis simply because I want to make it bigger!
I know I am sounding bias against surgery, but there are several reasons to detest the idea of undergoing penile enlargement surgery. First of all let me tell you a few things about this type of surgery.
Phalloplasty is the official medical name for cosmetic penile enlargement or augmentation surgery. Compared to other surgical procedures, Phalloplasty is relatively new on the cosmetic surgery scene. This is why there are so many things that can go wrong if you decide to go for this surgery. And there is also the case where the results are usually irregular or not what most of the recipients actually wants.
When it comes to penile enlargement surgery, two techniques are usually involved; the procedure meant to increase length and the one meant to increase girth.
For the surgeon to increase the penile length, he would have to cut the ligament that attaches the penis to the pubic bone. If the surgeon does this properly then it usually results in a slightly longer penis, because the penis is extended out of the body a little bit. In most cases this means an increase in length by 0.7 – 1 inch (not much).
In a lot of cases, surgeons usually regard an increment in 1 inch in penile length as being a good result. In my own opinion that is just plain bullshit considering that you can get 1 inch extra in length after 4 – 8 weeks of doing penis exercises that is more affordable and it is a lot safer.
When it comes to increasing penile thickness with surgery, there are three techniques that surgeon use to achieve results. These techniques include: Dermal Augmentation, Alloderm Graft and Fat transfer. The fundamental idea behind these techniques is that the surgeon removes fat cells or some tissues from other parts of the body and inserts them into the penile shaft so that the penis becomes a bit thicker.
Just like I told you before, surgery on your penis is only necessary if you have a defect or injury. Do not even think of undergoing penile enhancement surgery just because you want a larger manhood…
You May Ask Why Again…
First of all let me drum it into your head well enough so that you don’t make a stupid mistake – penile enlargement surgery would NOT give you a stronger penis, you would NOT see any improvement in the strength of your erection. Also your sexual stamina does not improve and you would NOT get better orgasms and ejaculations after you undergo penis surgery.
And asides from having little benefits, there are just too many things that can go wrong and yes they do go wrong sometimes. And then there are the nasty side effects that could happen as a result of this enhancement surgery which include:
Downward Pointing Penis – because of the surgeon has to cut the ligament attaching the penis to the pubic bone, the support that it has reduces. This usually results in the penis pointing downwards during an erection.
Shortening Of The Penis – This one does not occur very often but it does occur on a few occasions. In some men there is usually a formation of scar tissue that toughens and shrinks, resulting a shorter penis – usually some weeks or months after the surgery.
Presence Of Lumps On The Penis – This happens because the fat that is injected into the penis can move to other parts of the body or in some cases it is usually re-absorbed into the body. This causes a very ugly looking penis.
Some other complications that can result from undergoing penile enhancement surgery are:
· Painful scarring
· Asymmetry and deformities
· Weak erections
· Numbness in the penis
· Loss of sexual function
Now it is obvious to you that there is no need for you to undergo surgery just because you want a bigger penis. There are safer and more affordable methods that are available to you.
Way back in 2008, I used penis enlargement exercises that I bought online to increase both the length and thickness of my penis. This method is affordable and effective.
However if you want a faster and effortless method, you can make use of a combination of penile extender (like ProExtender) and Hydro Pump (like Penomet) – the only hiccup is that they cost a lot more than penile exercises (Penomet does not send to Nigeria – send me a mail here if you want to order).
When using these more natural forms of penile enhancement, you would experience no side effects and get a clear increase in length and thickness. You can also expect the following benefits when using penile exercises:
- Bigger penis head size
- Improvement in urinary flow
- Stronger and longer lasting erections
- Explosive orgasms
It would be very difficult for you to get a surgeon in Nigeria that would agree to perform penile enhancement surgery, so you would have to go abroad. You don’t need to do that – just begin using penis exercises and you would get better results at a more affordable price.
Cheers… and have a great sex life!
