On this website, I always recommend using a penis exercise program to any Nigerian man that is interested in increasing his penis size.
The common question that I get asked is: how can exercises enlarge the penis when it is not even a muscle?

Well… that is where most men get it wrong. The penis is not like your arms or chest in some aspects (since it doesn’t contain any bone) but it can still be forced to grow in the same manner that bodybuilders increase their muscle size.

Now back to the important one… your penis. Yes it is not a complete muscle but it contains smooth muscle tissue. As a matter of fact, your penis is made up of 40% – 60% smooth muscle tissue.
So roughly half of your penis is a muscle!
And yes it is possible for you to enlarge your penile tissues by engaging in special and dedicated exercises that target the smooth muscle inside.
Engaging in penile exercises is totally safe and is an effective method of increasing the strength, thickness and length of your penis – you just have to make sure that you are doing it correctly.
There is a popular myth that ancient Arabic men engaged in penile exercises as a way to increase their penis size and erection strength months before they got married so that they would be able to sexually satisfy their wives well – we don’t know if that is fact or fiction.
But, what I know for a fact is that engaging penis exercises regularly causes penis growth.
How Penis Exercises Causes Penile Growth
You need to know some basic things about the anatomy of the penis for you to understand how following a penis exercise program is guaranteed to increase your penis by up to 3 inches.
The penis is made up of three main chambers. There are two large chambers that are positioned on top… these ones are called the Corpora Cavernosa, while there is a small chamber that is positioned at the bottom part of the penis… this one is called the Corpus Spongiosum.
Anytime you get sexual aroused and you get an erection, blood enters into the three chambers and the blood gets trapped by valves so that it can be easy to thrust into a woman’s vagina and have sex.
The Corpus Spongiosum (which is the smaller chamber) surrounds the piss hole (urethra) that you use for passing urine and semen (sperm). While the Corpora Cavernosa (the two big chambers) is responsible for 80% of the size of the penis either when it is flaccid (soft) or erect.
To be able to get a bigger penis, you would have to concentrate on increasing the size of these three chambers (most especially the two big chambers).
This is where engaging in a penis exercise program comes into the picture. By engaging in regular penis exercising you would be increasing the size of these chambers gradually so that they would be able to contain more blood both when the penis is flaccid and erect… in fact you would start noticing an increase in the size of your penis after 4 – 6 weeks.
By exercising your penis regularly, you would be forcing the tissues in the penile chambers to stretch and expand beyond what they are normally used to. You do this using various techniques that stretch the penis and force a little more blood than normal into the penis.
Anytime you exercise your penis, you would be expand and stretching the penile tissues to become slightly bigger than its normal size.
When you are NOT doing the penile exercises, the tissues repair themselves and re-grow to longer, thicker and stronger sizes. As you continue penile exercising on a regular basis, the penile chambers would increase in capacity and be able to hold more blood.
After a few weeks you would notice a slightly bigger penis.
And after some months of diligently doing these exercises, you would eventually get the big penis that you desire. These exercises can add as much as 4 inches to the length of your erect penis and 3 inches to the circumference (girth) of your erect penis.
Some Things That You Would See When Following A Penis Exercise Program
The results that you get from regular penis exercising come slowly but surely.
After 2 – 3 weeks of regular penis exercising, you would start getting harder erections. This would be most noticeable in your “morning wood” – this is the erection that you get when get up from bed in the morning.
This is because penile exercises help in improving blood circulation around your pubic area (genital region) and it shows itself as increased erection strength.
Also, because the quantity of blood flowing into the penis chambers has increased, you are going to notice a slightly bigger flaccid penis – this is because of the improved blood circulation around the penile region.
After 4 – 8 weeks of consistently exercising your penis, the length of your erection would have increased by around 1 inch, while the circumference (measuring around the penis) would have increased by around 0.5 inches – you can gain more or less than this, it depends on whether you were doing more of the length exercises or circumference exercises.
At this time (4 – 8 weeks of exercising), your pelvic floor muscles would be a lot stronger and you should have gained a higher degree of control over your ejaculations so that you would be able to last for a longer period of time when you are thrusting your penis inside your woman’s vagina.
After 4 – 7 months of consistently exercising your penis, you can expect to add 2 – 3 inches to length of your erect penis and 1 – 2 inches to the circumference (girth) of your erect penis.
Even though it is theoretically possible to grow your erect penis by more than 3 inches in length and 2 inches in circumference (girth), most men are usually okay with this kind of penile growth.
If you are starting with a small erect penis and you want to add more than this dimension, you need to know that the limit is around 4 inches in length and 3 inches in circumference (girth) – it becomes too difficult and time consuming to add more than this.
