A common question that so many Nigerian men ask is why they cannot get an erection immediately after ejaculating or how they can get an erection immediately after ejaculating.
Well, let me first of all say that it is normal for you to have problems getting an erection after you have just ejaculated.

Squeeze your pelvic floor muscle as tight as you can and stop stroking your penis the instance you start feeling contractions around your genitals and penis.
You are going to feel like you are about to ejaculate but you must squeeze your pelvic floor muscles and prevent semen from coming out of your urethra (piss hole).
If you squeeze your pelvic floor muscle properly and at the right moment, you would discover that you would keep experiencing some contractions BUT no semen would come out and you would still be erect.
And this completely eliminates the refractory period, while you still get to enjoy an orgasm.
When you first start training yourself, you might find out that a small amount of semen might seep out, BUT it would NOT shoot out like when you were having a normal ejaculation where you don’t squeeze your pelvic floor muscle.
